Hackensack man charged with criminal sexual conduct in the first degree with a minor

WALKER - Cass County Attorney, Christopher Strandlie reports that Arthur Austin-Ellis Evans, age 35, of Hackensack, Minn., has been charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct in the first degree stemming from an offense occurring on or about Feb. 9-10, 2011.
