Knights of Columbus support Faith in Action

The Sacred Heart/St. Agnes Knights of Columbus held a Pancake Breakfast at the Sacred Heart Church in Hackensack on August 29th, to raise funds to support local service organizations.

   According to the MN State Patrol,  a single vehicle crash Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2021 on Highway 200 at Mile post 141 in Kego Township injured a Cass Lake, MN woman.

   A two vehicle crash in Longville Monday, Sept. 13 near the intersection of Hwy. 84 and Likens Rd. sent two to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Fire restrictions lifted on the Chippewa National Forest

   Recent rainfall and cooler weather conditions across the Chippewa National Forest has decreased fire danger, prompting officials to lift all fire use restrictions, effective Friday, September 10, 2021.

CPR/AED First Aid classes offered by CRMC

   The American Heart Association’s Heartsaver CPR/AED and First Aid classes for people interested in learning how to save a life are being offered by Cuyuna Regional Medical Center on Wednesday and Thursday, October 20 and 21, from 4 to 7 p.m. in Crosby.
