Two injured in two vehicle crash in Longville

   A two vehicle crash in Longville Monday, Sept. 13 near the intersection of Hwy. 84 and Likens Rd. sent two to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  

   According to the MN State Patrol, a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Phillip Edward Delapaz, 41, of Laporte, MN was northbound on Hwy 84. It was struck by a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Robert Widge Williams, 65, of Remer, MN causing the Malibu to go off the roadway into the west ditch, striking a tree. Delapaz and a passenger, Leda Marie Gurnsey, 26, of Cass Lake, MN were injured in the crash.

   The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is doing a follow up investigation.
