The Longville Young At Heart Senior Club host Hand and Foot every Tuesday at 11 a.m.; cribbage every Wednesday at 1 p.m. and 500 on the second, third and fourth Thursday of each month.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, on July 14, 2025 at 12:59 p.m., a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country driven by Anna Marie Damm, age 33 of Marrifield, MN was driving southbound on highway 6 near Ziers Lane, and entered the northbound lane.

Remer’s Bigfoot Days drew a big crowd and even bigger fun July 11–12, celebrating all things Sasquatch in the town proudly known as the “Home of Bigfoot.”
As part of Remer’s annual Bigfoot Days celebration, the Bigfoot 5K brought out runners of all ages on July 12 to race through town and surrounding trails in search of fun—and maybe a Sasquatch sighting or two.
This week’s game at Tianna Country Club challenged ladies to count their strokes to reach the green, with putts tallied separately. The winners were the golfers with the fewest strokes to reach the green.
