   The Care-N-Share free weekly pick-up meal program is continuing through spring 2022 at which time the Board will again review opening to in-house meals.

   The Longville Chamber of Commerce annual Fireworks over Girl Lake scheduled for March 5th that had previously been cancelled are back on!

Lieders picks up third straight win in Fargo Snocross

   Longville, MN (February 8, 2022) - With a three week break from the 2022 Snocross Season, due to a reschedule of the Deadwood National, the series was back to racing action in Fargo, North Dakota.

Grant available for would-be area teachers

   The School Districts of Long Prairie Grey Eagle, Cass Lake Bena, Northland Community Schools-Remer, and Walker-Hackensack-Akeley in Region 5 have received the Teachers of Color and American Indian Teachers Grow Your Own (TOCAIT GYO) grant from the Minnesota Department of Education.

   The Longville Chamber of Commerce annual Fireworks over Girl Lake scheduled for March 5th have been cancelled due to poor ice conditions.
