Longville Community Picnic July 22

   The Longville Area Community Foundation is planning ahead for their annual Community Picnic and Membership Drive, so save the date! The picnic will be held on Thursday, July 22 from 5-7 p.m. at Stuart Memorial Park. The event will be catered by The Woodpile; guests may stay at the park to eat with friends and neighbors or take meals to-go and eat at home. All members – both new members and renewing members – will receive a free LACF floater keychain when they pay membership fees and turn in membership forms at the picnic. A freewill donation will be accepted to help offset costs.

   The Longville Area Community Foundation awards grants and scholarships that enhance education, environmental projects, the arts, and health and safety programs. More information about the Foundation is available at www.longvillefoundation.org.
