Woodland Banks drop off site for 'Operation Minnesota Nice' items
"For the third year Woodland Bank is proud to be the drop-off site for items that can be shipped to our soldiers serving our country", states Mary Ann Perra, coordinator of this project. "What better month than July to remember what soldiers are doing for us as we celebrate our freedom," said Perra.
All through the month of July, help Woodland Bank reach out to all American soldiers by donating canned or packaged foods, candy, non-carbonated drinks, hygiene items, books, games, movies, phone cards and other non-perishable items. Your small gift can make a BIG difference for our soldiers fighting to protect our freedom.
Through your donations, Operation Minnesota Nice prepares packages to be sent to our men and women serving our country wherever they may be - whether it is overseas or here at home. Help us let these soldiers know that we are thankful and proud of what they are doing for our freedom. We are accepting your generous donations at any of our seven Woodland Bank locations. Remer, Longville, Deer River, Cohasset, Hill City, Jenkins and Grand Rapids.
For a complete list of items, stop in at any of our locations or visit our website at www.woodlandbank.com.
