Cass County authorities report two Bemidji area residents and one Remer area resident were arrested Saturday for the possession and sale of Felony controlled substance (marijuana) in the Walker area. Officers seized a large amount of cash and 68.1 grams of marijuana. The arrests led to a search warrant being executed at a residence near Remer, where officers located approximately 168 grams of processed marijuana.

The arrests were a result of an investigation being conducted by the Cass County Sheriff's Office, MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force and the Walker Police Department.

Authorities have identified the suspects as Melissa S. Delaney, age 28 of Bemidji, Justin Michael Best, age 33 of Bemidji, and Robert Linwood Gaskins, age 52 of Remer. The suspects are being held in the Cass County Jail pending formal charges.[[In-content Ad]]
