Senior Celebration slated for Tuesday, Sept. 14
between the normal brain, the aging brain and signs of dementia and other brain disease. They will show how to "Age Proof" the mind with food, physical motivation and games. Studies show that mental exercises can remain effective for 5 years. Discover many simple things you can do to keep your
mind active. You can check out your own brain "Q" and take control of your brain health.
In the session breaks, participants can visit approximately 25 resource exhibits on a wide range of topics. There will also be free blood sugar and blood pressure checks and door prizes. Morning refreshments will be provided. There is no cost for this event and there is no pre-registration -- just plan to come and have fun. Last year's event drew over 75 people.
