Once a year, Ridgewood's Golf Club turns "pink" as it hosts the Rally for the Cure tournament June 22.

"Again, we'll be honoring our breast cancer survivors," noted Betty Randorf, chairman of the annual event sponsored by the Ridgewood Ladies Golf League. A highlight of the event will be guest speak Marian Buchanan who will share her experiences in battling breast cancer.

Seventy-four golfers are registered to play in the 9-hole scramble followed by a putting contest, raffle, and luncheon.

Proceeds of the charity event go to the Rally for the Cure Foundation with a portion designated for the Minnesota Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
