"A Cup of Friendship," is the theme for a ladies event, on Wednesday, April 16, at the Longville Bible Chapel. The event is open to all ladies of the area.

The morning begins at 9 a.m., with breakfast. A program will follow.

Myrna Howes, of Walker, Minn., will be the speaker. Myrna and her husband of 55 years, Larry, a seven term member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, have five children and six "Practically perfect in every way," grandchildren.

Music will be provided by Granite City Baptist Church Ladies.
