Immunizations are available to children and adults who meet the following eligibility requirements:
Children: Ages 0-18, with Medical Assistance, MNCare, PMAP, no insurance, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Insurance which does not cover vaccinations.
Adults: Age 19 or older (limited vaccines only). Medical Assistance, MNCare, GMAC, PMAP - Td, MMR, *Varicella, Hep B. Refugee receiving vaccine as part of screening for newly arrived - Td, MMR, *Varicella. Immigrant or refugee without insurance completing vaccines required for citizenship to obtain green card - Td, MMR, *Varicella.
*Varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccine available only at Cass County HHVS in Walker.
Charge $3 per immunization (please bring current record).
