FEDERAL DAM - Federal Dam Daze, a day-long community-wide celebration, is Saturday July 31, in Federal Dam. Activities will begin at 7 a.m., and conclude at midnight.

Federal Dam Daze will feature a parade at noon. Kids are encouraged to decorate their bikes or trikes and ride in the parade. Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners. Federal Dam Dazy will also include a craft sale and flea market.

Other activities scheduled for the day will be a horseshoe tournament, kids games, sumo wrestling, live music, a beer garden and the opportunity to make the Mayor of Federal Dam take a plunge in a dunk tank, are expected to entertain .

If participating in all the events revs up your hunger, there will be food galore to satisfy your taste buds. Food scheduled to be offered during Federal Dam Daze will be Indian tacos, pork chops, BBQ ribs, roasted corn on the cob, and Lou's egg rolls. Sweet treats will be available at the Bake Sale.
