REMER - Cass County Authorities report a two vehicle crash on Cass Co. Rd. 157, Sunday evening at approximately 6:30 p.m., claimed the life of Meranda L. Fineday, age 28, of Remer. Fineday was a passenger in a motor vehicle being driven by Eric Grigsby, age 33, of Cass Lake. Grigsby was airlifted to a Twin Cities area hospital with injuries. Both persons in the other vehicle involved in the crash were injured and transported to hospitals.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Officers from the Minnesota State Patrol and Leech Lake Tribal Police assisted at the scene.[[In-content Ad]]
