WALKER - Bill Hansen Realty, one of the area's longest established real estate companies, has expanded its real estate business, opening a new office at 310 Railroad Avenue, in Walker, just lakeside of the Dairy Queen. Bill and Laura have looked to expand their company into the Walker-Leech Lake market area for some time. Recently a desirable location and experienced staff became available, and the long term plan of expanding services to Walker became a reality.

Bill Hansen Realty was founded in Longville in 1977 by Bill Hansen Sr. with the goal of providing exceptional real estate services to all of their clients. Today Bill Hansen Realty is owned by the second generation of Hansens, Bill Hansen and his wife Laura, who continue to focus on the same goal in running three offices staffed with agents very experienced and knowledgeable in the area.
