BEMIDJI - Bi- County CAP is looking for general contractors to bid and perform weatherization work for ARRA funding. Must have Minnesota Contractors' License. Davis Bacon regulations will apply. Must be familiar with conventional and mobile home license codes. Contractors shall bid for residential work, including, but not limited to: Insulation; Air Sealing and Window/Door weather stripping.

Preference will be given to qualified small businesses, women-owned businesses, veteran owned and physically disabled owner businesses and minority -owned businesses.

A pre-bid meeting will be held for interested weatherization contractors on Nov. 17th in Bemidji at Beltrami Electric meeting room at 6:30 p.m. RFP Proposals will be distributed at this meeting. Closing date for returning bids will be Nov. 29th. Please contact Danette at 218-333-9848 to register.
