WALKER - Bi-County Community Action Programs, Inc. (Bi-Cap) is celebrating its purchase and move to their new Cass County office in Walker.

Bi-CAP serves over 4,000 people in Cass and Beltrami Counties annually with quality programming including Head Start, Energy Assistance, Weatherization, YouthBuild, and a variety of Housing and Homeless Programs.

Bi-CAP is having an Open House on Tuesday December 21, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., at their new office, at: 8245 Industrial Park Road, in Walker, across from ACE Hardware.
