"Remer Rocks" at 73rd Annual Harvest Festival

   Join the celebration for Remer’s 73rd Annual Harvest Festival! This year’s theme, ‘Remer Rocks!’ brings everyone together Friday and Saturday, August 13 & 14. 

   Friday evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with a meat raffle at the Pub that goes until 7:30 p.m. The Zakk Grandahl Band will preform live music from 8 p.m. until midnight. At the Remer Muni, you can jam out to live music by Mike Miller from 8 p.m. until midnight. At 7 p.m., there will be a Drag Show. See Erika at the Motel to sign up.

   Saturday begins with a pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. At 9 a.m. will be a garage sale and swap meet. Meanwhile at the Remer Muni, there will be a bucket raffle and a Bloody Mary and Strip and Go Naked Juice bar.

   The kiddie parade kicks off at 11:30 a.m., and the main parade follows shortly after at noon. Registration for the bean bag tournament begins after the parade, with the tournament to follow. At 2:30 p.m., Bingo will be held at the Depot Pavilion. Starting at 1 p.m. is a beer garden, scavenger hunt, kids games and a big foot bread walk with live music from Mike Miller. Another meat raffle begins at 5 p.m. at the Muni, and from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m., when you put $5 in the jukebox, your money is matched! The Gina Powers Band wraps up  the events with live music from 8 p.m. until 12 p.m. at the Pub.
