Helping Seniors Stay at Home Forum to be Held Aug. 18
Faith in Action (FIA) of Cass County celebrating “20 years of Neighbors Helping Neighbors”, and Interfaith Volunteers of Crow Wing County, “Helping Keep Seniors at Home”, are co-presenting a collaborative conversation with local citizens and organizations about programs and services to support seniors to remain in their homes and community.
The conversation will be held Wednesday, August 18 from 1:30 - 4:00 pm at Crooked Lake Town-hall in Outing.
The meeting will consist of citizens, agencies, civic organization, churches and volunteers to discuss resources available to seniors, how to efficiently coordinate limited resources, define the gaps in services and identify who else should be involved.
Public is invited. For information contact Ellen Leger (FIA volunteer-Outing) 763 913-1485.
