The Longville Lakes Arts Center is excited to announce Sara Schroeder as the new president of our non profit organization.
Schroeder wears many hats in our community and one of which is also our youth art teacher, here at the center and local after school enrichment programs.
Schroeder’s love of crafts and kids has birthed our next project, Kids Birthday Parties at the Center!
Last year Schroeder introduced our first youth Art Camp. This year she is offering one Art Camp a month for the summer.
She also started a scholarship program for those needing assistance for the cost of the Art Camp and any paid classes. You can find out more information or donate to the Youth Room, at any time.
Schroeder is also offering a paid class every 2nd Sunday of the month, for ages 5 to 14 and has plans for an exhibit for these artists to share and sell their work at the center, Labor Day weekend.
Knowing we only exist because of grants and donations, Schroeder does not shy away from asking for financial support for our Center.
For more information or to drop off a donation, contact the Longville Lakes Arts Center.
