   According to the MN State Patrol, a crash at the junction of Hwy. 371 and 200 on Mon., Jan. 12 at 10:47 a.m. injured a Walker man. A 2013 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Blake William Kendrick, 19 of Walker was northbound on Hwy. 371 and slid through the intersection in front of an eastbound 1999 Ford F550 cab chassis truck driven by Vincent Gerald Winkler, 62 of Walker. Winkler was transported to Bemidji Hospital with non-life threatening injuries while Kendrick was not injured. Roads were snow/ice covered at the time of the crash, both were wearing seatbelts and alcohol was not a factor in the crash.

   Cass County Sheriff’s Office, North Ambulance and Walker Fire Department assisted at the scene.
