The Long Lake Property Owners’ Association hosted our Take-a-Kid fishing event on Saturday, August 30th. The event was kicked off with our guest speaker, Conservation Officer Jacque Johnson. Each registrant was then presented with a rod, reel, tackle box and assorted tackle through a generous donation from One Stop in Longville and matching funds from the LLPOA. The kids then left to fish with their chaperones and ended around noon with hot dogs and brats. Photo submitted.
