Happy Dancing Turtle, an environmental education non-profit, is home to a production garden that showcases a variety of fruits, vegetables and flowers as well as growing techniques. Drop in from 1-4 pm on Thursday, September 18 for Open Garden. See soil health practices demonstrated, check out season extension in the hoop houses and ask the garden team questions. Learn about seasonal strategies including cover crops, handling weeds, and fall planting. This event is free and no registration is required.
