   Last week the ladies had an interesting game to play!  They were allowed to choose 3 clubs to play with, including a putter. So most chose a big hitter and something to lift the ball when they were close. Made for some interesting choices as they moved around the course. The ladies also used people’s handicap to tally their score so the big handicap helped the underdog today!

   Jeannie Blomme had a 32, Kathy Hoffman finished with a 35, Dawn Schnable also finished with a 35 and Cathy Wierzbicki had a 37. Cathy Wierzbicki had a birdie on #2 and pars on #6, #7 and #3.  Kathy Trimble parred #8 as did Marie Kell. Kim Konerza parred #2, MJ Warren had a par on #3 and Kathy Hoffman parred #6.

   As the ladies made their rounds they played decently with only 3 clubs!  They realized they may not really need all those clubs in their bags!

   This week our President brought out the pink ball game again to end our regular scheduled golf season.  Each team got a pink ball and the pink ball had to rotate through each team member evenly on the holes.  The team score accrued by adding the scores of the pink ball as each team member played a hole with the ball.

   The team of Cathy Wierzbicki, Dianna Johnson and Pam Uglem had the lowest score with 54. The second place team with a score of 55 was composed of Kate Williams, Joyce Rief and Leah Larson. Kathy Hoffman managed to get three pars on #6, #7,and #8! Cathy Wierzbicki had a par on #1 and Judy Running also had a par on #1.  Paula Pederson finished the regular season with a birdie on #2! Judy Running on #1 and Jan Gandy on #4 had chip-in holes!  

   Pretty impressive finish to our regular season! We will continue to golf on Tuesdays till it gets too cold!
