The Longville Area Chamber of Commerce distributed nearly $40,000 in donations to local organizations and non profits at their fall dinner hosted at Deer Haven on Thunder Lake. Chamber President Trish Emerson handed out the checks - 

 JJ Welk and Tony Likens on behalf of the Longville Fire Department;

Phyllis Eck on behalf of the Longville Area Women of Today;

Paul Harwig representing the Longville Lions;

Bill Abbott on behalf of VFW Post 772;

Patti Abbott of the Longville Snowmobile Club;

Cora Hohnstadt. These donations to the community are possible through the Chamber’s Charitable Gambling operations.  Photos submitted.
