   Paws and Claws Animal Rescue & Resort will be the recipient of the net proceeds of a fundraising meal held at the Union Congregational Church at 401 E. Lake Ave. in Hackensack. Come join us in the “Friendship Hall” on Wednesday, October 15th from 5 to 6 p.m. for the “free will donation” event hosted by UCC‘s outreach team.

   Your donation will help Paws and Claws ensure the safety and comfort of animals who have been rescued, and are in need of care, to help them thrive and even find a “forever home”.

   The menu for this meal consists of pulled pork sandwiches, calico beans, salad, and dessert, all prepared by our very talented cook, Tammy Lindberg. 

   Since Paws and Claws first opened its doors in June 2017, they have rescued / placed 2560 animals and counting, so, volunteers are always in demand at their facility. The Paws and Claws facility has 20 kennel runs for dogs, and 30 spaces for cats and kittens. Your donations are critical to their continued mission of - saving animal lives - educating youth - and helping to complete families. So, come have a great meal while serving the worthwhile purpose of helping our animal friends.
