   Saturday, December 6 is the date for shopping from a variety of vendors offering homemade and handmade items. The Hub will also have a used book sale. The market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The lunch menu is served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and features a bowl of homemade soup with fresh homemade breads, and homemade chicken salad on cranberry wild rice bread. Slices of pie will be available while supplies last. The Hackensack Hub is located at 213 First St S, next to the post office. Local retailers will also be featuring specials on December 6.
