   Minnesota author & nutritionist Dr. Beth M. Ley Knotts will be giving a health presentation at the Margaret Welch Memorial Library in Longville.  Dr. Beth will be discussing information from her health book series as well as how what we eat affects our health. As part of this presentation, a small lunch will be offered as a menu example of the presentation topic. Dr. Beth will be taking questions and will have a book signing to follow. The presentation will be held Tuesday, July 15 from noon to 2 p.m., with a topic of blood sugar / diabetes featuring vegetable beef soup. 

   Please call the library for free registration. This program is a Legacy program which is funded in part or in whole with money from the vote of the people of MN on Nov. 4, 2008 which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota’s art & cultural heritage.
