H.A. Manders and Herman Yochum of Longville are removing the telephone lines from the right-of-way on No. 34 in this township.
Mr. Warnet from Tobique is making his regular trips with meat and groceries through Inguadona.

Sergeant First Class Winton L. Sonju, of “B” Troop, 97th US Constabulary Signal Squadron, works as message center chief.
Mrs. LeRoy Woodruff and daughter Sandra moved to Brainerd after months of looking

Mrs. W.T. Haugen cooked at the St. Paul Recreation Club at Partridge Point the last weekend for guests.

Ambulance service is now available in Longville and an area 15 miles around the city. The service consists of 11 volunteers.
Two juveniles attempted to steal a 3-month bear cub from the Hi-Way Trading Post at Hackensack Sunday night. Policeman Gary Mills apprehended the youths.
The Longville Library Board is soliciting donations to make possible the move from the present facility downstairs in the same building.
