   The Longville Public Library will host a free performance by Climb Theatre on Wednesday, July 9, at 3:30 p.m. The featured play, The Tortoise and the Hare: Rematch!, offers a playful twist on the classic Aesop fable.

   In “The Tortoise and the Hare: Rematch!” Aesop’s classic duo are back and aiming for the finish. Sal the Tortoise and Speedy the Hare have met each other at the starting line before, but this time they’re playing to win. While Sal wants to push ahead and finish the level, Speedy jumps at every side quest that comes his way. The answer to this puzzle might require two player mode... Together, they’ll learn how to appreciate different forms of play and level up in unexpected ways.

   This free Legacy Program is funded in part or in whole with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4th, 2008, which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota’s arts, history and cultural heritage.
