   Hackensack’s urban reconstruction project is ongoing, with work focused on the new roundabout at the intersection of Highway 371 and County Road 5, as well as continued reconstruction along Hwy. 371.

   A detour remains in effect for local traffic using CR 5 and 45, along with the local bypass via First Street. Construction is progressing south of the roundabout toward Murray Avenue.

   Crews plan to pour concrete for curbs and gutters, install sidewalks, place topsoil around the roundabout, and set new light poles in the coming week.
