   Cass County Sheriff Bryan Welk reports that July 3rd, 2025 marked five years since the disappearance of Jami Lyle Lucas DOB 5-6-1982. Lucas fled on foot from authorities after an attempted traffic stop in the Eastburn Road area, in Crooked Lake Township, rural Outing, MN on July 3rd, 2020. Jami Lucas is described as white male, 6’4” tall weighing 170 pounds. He was wearing a white T-shirt with blue jeans, a green bandana with a baseball hat, and boots.

   Anyone with information about Lucas’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Cass County Sheriff’s Office.
