July 23, 1925
A fishing party from Thunder Lake Lodge with Charlie Sanford as guide, were fishing in Inguadona Lake on Friday.
Mrs. Jack Kane and daughter Edith Ann, returned to Federal Dam Saturday after spending the winter in Dallas, Texas.
The lath mill in Wabedo quit for the season and Art Weis, Guy Mills, Nic New and Ernie Gale left for Eden Valley to harvest and thresh.

July 7, 1950
Otto Holz, who is working at Hoffman, came home to Blind Lake for a visit over the Fourth.
Mrs. Murray Hurd left Hackensack with her son and daughter for a visit with her folks at Campion, California.
One of Minnesota’s oldest residents died Tuesday morning at the Lind Rest Home at Hackensack. She would have been 94 years old in September.

July 17, 1975
The Hackensack community was saddened to hear of the death of Roger Sheldon on July 6th. He’s survived by Mr. and Mrs. George Carder, brother Jack and sister Judy.
Martin and Bessie Runyan of Hackensack celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on July 2 at the home of Church and Pam Runyan.
