Local artists shine at the Hackensack Hub
The Hackensack Hub continues its mission to connect and create community by supporting local artists. The Hub is proud to showcase the paintings of Myra Damm, a longtime contributor to the Hackensack arts scene whose creative journey has inspired countless students and art lovers alike.
Myra Damm studied at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, where she honed her skills in painting and fine arts. Following her education, she dedicated years to teaching classes in oils, calligraphy, portrait painting, drawing, and pen-and-ink techniques throughout the northern Twin Cities suburbs. Her passion for sharing art led her to open her own Studio and Art Store, a space that became a hub for creativity and community connection.
Her current exhibition at The Hackensack Hub highlights her distinctive style and deep commitment to the arts. Visitors will find a collection of her paintings that reflect both technical mastery and heartfelt expression. Each piece is available for purchase, offering art enthusiasts the opportunity to bring home a work created by one of Hackensack’s most active and respected artists.
The exhibition will run through January 2026, giving residents and visitors ample time to stop by, explore, and engage with Myra’s work. The Hackensack Hub invites the public to experience this showcase firsthand and to support local artists who enrich the cultural fabric of the community.
