Muralist Cheyenne Renee Marcus from Covington, Virginia is coming to the Northland as part of her 50 in 50 project. Her goal is to paint a mural in 50 small towns across all 50 states by the end of 2025. She’s been painting her way around the U.S. since June of 2022. Remer’s mural will be done on a 10’ by 15’ billboard type structure constructed on the East part of town next to The Rusty Bucket. She is scheduled this week to spend two days of painting and filming for her documentary before moving on to her next state. We look forward to seeing this new addition to town! Photo submitted.
