   Hackensack Hub will have a speaker from the Hackensack Fire Department on Thursday, August 21 at 1 p.m. The speaker will answer questions about fire extinguishers:   does my old one still work, how do I know, do I need a new one, what type of fire do I use or not use it on? All questions will be answered, as well as other home safety issues addressed. 

   The Hub’s Third Thursday Potluck will be held at noon on August 21st. The speaker will be at 1:00 p.m.   All are invited to come for one or both activities. The Hackensack Hub is located on South First Street, next to the Post Office.
