   Sheriff Bryan Welk reports that the Cass County Sheriff’s Office has been notified by the Minnesota Department of Corrections that a Risk Level 3 Offender relocated to the 300 block of Spruce Ave, Cass Lake, MN on July 24th 2025. The offender has been identified as Leroy Joseph Richardson DOB 03-21-1976.
