According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Department a call was received at 5:30 a.m. that the Pub in Remer was on fire. The Cass County Sheriff’s Department arrived on-scene and discovered the building engulfed in flames. The Remer Fire Department along with mutual assistance from the Longville Fire Department extinguished the blaze. Both Fire Departments had cleared the scene by 10 a.m. No injuries were reported and the cause of the blaze is under investigation. Photo by Dave DeLost.
