Donald Arthur Powell,64, of Remer, MN died Feb. 23, 2011 due to complications from an injury in Lorena,TX. Don was born on Aug. 7, 1946 in Minneapolis.

Following service in the Air Force, Don held several sales and marketing positions in a variety of companies. At ASV Inc. in Grand Rapids, MN, he was Director of Sales for many years. He also worked at Rago and Loram in Minneapolis. After retiring from ASV, he was a partner of Remer Cutstock Lumber in Remer.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa; brother Irv (Lee) Powell of Minneapolis, a son, Schawn Powell of Minneapolis; daughters Angela Furlow of Maryland and Jessica Powell of Duluth; stepchildren Chris Roback of North Carolina, Angela O'Mara of Minneapolis and Shelly Drum of Minneapolis; 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held Feb. 26, 2011 at St. Jerome's Catholic Church in Lorena, TX.[[In-content Ad]]
