WALKER - Sheriff Tom Burch reported Tuesday Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) biennial inspection of the county's jail at Walker showed 100 percent compliance with mandatory operating guidelines and 96.7 percent compliance with essential (building) guidelines.
