Cass County Deputy Sheriff Chris Thompson has announced that he intends to file for candidacy for the position of Cass County Sheriff in this years election.

The August schedule for Cass County Public Health's Adult Health Clinics has been announce. At the clinics, a Public Health Nurse will perform senior health screening and assessment, health history, blood pressure, blood glucose and medication management at no charge.

WALKER - The Cass County Board voted Tuesday to name Probation Director Reno Wells to succeed retiring Health, Human and Veterans Services Director Ane Rogers, effective Jan. 1.
