William "Bill" Phillips
JACKSON - William "Bill" Noel Phillips, was born on December 27, 1946 in Muscatine, Iowa the son of Floyd Noel and Juanita Ann (Cochran) Phillips. He graduated from Muscatine High School in 1963 and later attended college at Upper Iowa and Iowa State.
William "Bill" Edward Bieloh
William Edward (Bill) Bieloh died unexpectedly in his sleep on Friday, Sept. 24, 2010. Bill was born on Feb. 15, 1959 to Jack and Gloria Bieloh in Hopkins, Minnesota. His family moved to Walker, Minnesota in 1969 where Bill graduated from Walker Hackensack High School in 1977.
