Free health class set for Oct. 3 on Grand Rapids
A free health class focusing on common health concerns will be held Saturday, Oct. 3, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Best Western Conference Room, 2309 SW First Ave., Grand Rapids.
The class, “Health Solutions with Dr. Beth Ley Knotts, PhD,” will feature Dr. Beth Ley Knotts, an author and nutritionist, discussing health concerns that can affect people at various stages of life.
Topics will include joint pain, stiffness, brain fog, trouble sleeping, hot flashes, stress, mood changes, fatigue, dry eyes, stomach problems, dry and itchy skin, and sensitive gums and teeth.
The class is free and open to those interested in learning more about possible approaches to improving their health and well-being.
