   WALKER — Walker Bay Theater is pleased to announce that Lehto and Wright will take the stage Friday, Oct. 17, for a one-night-only concert showcasing their guitar skills and more. The performance begins at 7 p.m.

The duo has appeared numerous times over the years as featured performers at Ethnic Fest in Walker, building a long list of fans and followers along the way.

For those unfamiliar with Lehto and Wright, the duo is a Celtic, American and English folk and progressive rock band from the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Steve Lehto and John Wright have received positive reviews from notable music publications and webzines, including Dirty Linen, fRoots, AllMusic and Sing Out.

Their music combines traditional and modern styles, drawing inspiration from Irish, English and American folk traditions and blending those influences with contemporary arrangements. The result is a fresh approach to folk and folk-rock music, delivered with a tight, seasoned sound.

With limited seating, the concert is expected to sell out, so advance ticket purchases are encouraged.

Walker Bay Theater is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located on the lower level beneath Subway, next to Sanford–Walker Clinic.
