Generally,  your friends at Walker Bay Theater (WBT) believe you all deserve a second chance. A second chance, or maybe a third or better opportunity at launching your acting career is a better way to term an opportunity with reduced stress ( no need to memorize script lines).  You may have missed out on a “Voice Actor” role in the recent October production of the Radio Play “Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow” at WBT.

The opportunity presents itself in the proposed - adapted stageplay production based on the 1946 film “It’s a Wonderful Life.  Who doesn’t remember Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed, two of the many stars that created this seasonal, traditional holiday staple. How would you like to show off your voice skills as Clarence Odbody, the all time funniest “Angel” sent down to earth to save George Bailey.  All ( 30+) voice actor roles are up for grabs.  Several “one liner parts” are available, which could result in multiple characters for a single actor. Readings will (have) begin (begun) on November 4th at 6:30 p.m. Further cast gatherings will be scheduled at that time.

Interested? If so best contact is to call Dave Holk at 218-820-1603 or emails to [email protected]. Alternative contact is WBT @ 218-547-4044.  Watch the WBT website for updates as they occur and other additional announcements. (www.WBT.com).

Actual performance dates are December 4, 5, 6,11,12,13.  Friday and Saturday performances are at 7:00 p.m. and Sundays are at 3:00 p.m. limited costuming will be available from WBT. “Street” clothing is acceptable as the “set” is a radio broadcast studio.
