Mark your calendars for Monday, October 12. This is when a group of area men will hold another Jam Session at the Young-at-Heart (YAH) Senior Club. Although the four men who provided music in September played guitars, any musician who wants to share their talents on another instrument is invited to join the fun.

The public is invited to join the fun which starts at 1:00 p.m. and goes until 3:00 p.m. If your talent is singing, you are invited to sing along--if the musicians know the song. You don’t have to play an instrument or sing, you can just come and listen and enjoy socializing with others who come just to listen.

This is another way in which the YAH Club works to provide a social time for members of the community. As we enter the colder fall and winter months, it is nice to have a place to go where you can visit with other people and enjoy some activities. We hope you will make this one of your events to attend.

Last month’s musicians were Tom Sima, Merle Brecke, Tom Adams, and Duane Brown. We anticipate they will all be back for October 12, and are hoping to have a few more join them.

   See you there!!!
