NCEDA Announces New Full Corporation Members
STAPLES, MN – North Central Economic Development Association (NCEDA) announces its 2026 new full corporation members: Ryan Damlo, representing Wadena County, and Leah Wolkow and Candace Bruder, representing Todd County.
NCEDA full corporation members include the following loan board members: Carrie Reierson, chairperson, Crow Wing County; Allie Verchota, vice chair, Crow Wing County; Quinn Swanson, treasurer, Cass County; Sandy Voigt, secretary, Morrison County; Diane Herold, Morrison County; Allison Frederickson, Wadena County; Mike Paulus, alternate, Cass County; David Anderson, R5DC liaison, Wadena County; and Julie Anderholm, Crow Wing County, and Paula Kampa, Morrison County.
“Our NCEDA members don’t just understand finance, they understand our communities. Their experience helps ensure we’re making smart investments that support local businesses and create lasting impact,” shared Stephanie Barney, NCEDA director.

North Central Economic Development Association (NCEDA) is a nonprofit affiliate of Region Five Development Commission that supports economic growth across central Minnesota. Through business financing and technical assistance, NCEDA expands entrepreneurial opportunities.
