Turtle Town Art Fair returns to Longville June 27
For more than 20 years, the Turtle Town Art Fair has been a summer tradition in Longville, bringing together talented artists, craftspeople, local food vendors, musicians and community members for a day of shopping, food and fun. This year’s event, sponsored by the Longville Area Women of Today, will be held Saturday, June 27, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Salem Lutheran Church in Longville.
Visitors will find a wide variety of handcrafted items from more than 50 vendors, including jewelry, paintings, photography, stained glass, pottery, textiles, woodwork, quilts, cabin décor, furniture, soaps and lotions, blown glass, handcrafted accessories, specialty gifts and much more. From fine art to functional pieces, there will be something to appeal to every taste and budget. There will also be free turtle art kits for kids, while supplies last.
The food court will feature Hatch Burrito, One Stop Sweet Shop, and Rollin’ Dough MN. Hot dog and sandwich meals, along with homemade pies, cinnamon rolls and other baked goods prepared by local volunteers. Live music throughout the day will add to the festive atmosphere, making it easy to spend a few hours browsing, visiting with friends and enjoying everything the fair has to offer.
What makes the Turtle Town Art Fair especially meaningful is that every purchase helps support the community. The Longville Area Women of Today donate all net proceeds from the event back into local programs, organizations and charitable causes throughout the year. Past donations have supported the food shelf, library, first responders, youth programs, community events and many other local initiatives. The Turtle Town Art Fair is more than an art fair—it’s a community tradition. Every meal purchased, every handmade item sold and every donation helps the Longville Area Women of Today continue giving back to the area they proudly serve.
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend. Whether you’re searching for a one-of-a-kind treasure, enjoying great food, listening to live music, or simply spending the day with family and friends, the Turtle Town Art Fair offers something for everyone.
