The Northland Lions Club of Remer awarded scholarships to six Northland Community School seniors at the recent Awards Ceremony. Howard Prushek Memorial Scholarships for $1,000 and $500 were awarded to Ashlyn Schwartz, Casey Jones, Lillia Thompson, Katja Williams (as pictured), Jordan Dahmen and Charity Berg (not pictured) The Howard Prushek Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2021 in memory of Lions member, teacher and community leader Howard Prushek.
