   The Margaret Welch Memorial Library in Longville will be hosting local artist Christine Davidge for an art workshop for kids.  The class is free of charge, includes all supplies needed and will take place Friday June 26, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Each participant will be working with a flat wooden bee shape using paint, air dry clay and adornments of seeds.    Christine Davidge will continue her art series on July 17 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. featuring the tree of life. This is also a workshop for kids as part of the summer reading library theme of Plant a Seed, Read! These presentations are part of the Legacy Programs which are funded in part or in whole with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on Nov 4, 2008 which dedicated funding to preserve Minnesota’s art and cultural heritage.
